Wombat Hill and Beechworth Harvest Festival

Ange and I went away for the weekend to Wombat Hill, at the bottom of Mt Buller. It was a cold and rainy weekend, but perfect for relaxing in the little stone cottage with a wood fire. Here's the view from our door:



The dam was pretty empty:

Each morning we had freshly baked croissants! Yummy! The food and the little touches that our hosts Norm and Helen added to the accommodation were wonderful.


We toasted marshmallows on the fire!
